About Sunshine Baking

"Hello, fellow cookie enthusiasts! I am Amelia, co-owner of Sunshine Baking.  As a high school senior in New Hampshire, I am also a young entrepreneur getting my start on how to run a business.  For as long as I can remember, mom's shortbread has been a family tradition.


Each year in December, our house would turn into a cookie factory, as we would madly bake several dozens of shortbread cookies, package them in a lovely red box with a golden seal (very elegant), then give them to family, friends, neighbors, teachers, and co-workers, just to name a few.


We started Sunshine Baking in early 2021 so we could expand our circle of cookie recipients.  Whenever possible, eco-friendly materials are used, such as biodegradable and compostable packaging, labels, and shipping materials. 

We also strive to use USA-based companies whenever we can.
